Widgetbox steals bandwidth

widgetbox dot com (not giving them a link) stole a load of my bandwidth by putting one of the games on my arcade site into there widget and then distributing it via there site to loads of people costing me bandwidth. 

This is known as hotlinking when someone steals your bandwidth. You can stop this via .htacces. The problem is if you want to block a specific person from using the but not others it can get tricky.
